Who knew that helping rebuild a planet could get so tedious?

Don't get him wrong, Smokescreen feels this is a good problem to have. He'd rather be bored stiff with construction and mining detail than not having a Cybertron to be rebuilding at all... but sometimes he gets a bit twitchy just doing the same repetitive thing over and over.

And of course sometimes means "all the time". Right now he's shirking off for a minute from sorting different kinds of scrap metal just to find someone interesting to talk to for a bit. It doesn't take him long to find Wheeljack, who's apparently up to his optics making repairs on the Jackhammer.

Smokescreen hadn't had a ton of opportunity to really bond with the guy, but he seemed cool enough. Now was probably as good an opportunity as any. So he sidles up to where the Wrecker is working and peers down at what he's doing.

"Hey 'Jack. Howsit going?"
